I'm happy with my experience. Nothing fancy but it's a really good price for the area, and the staff was helpful and honest. We had our stuff here from March thru June and it did not suffer at all from the lack of climate control.

Family owned. They are so sweet and very affordable! I had been late on a payment and they were very understanding and cared about the situation. You can pay by phone and do not have to go in as a previous poster mentioned.

Love this place. It's family owned..they are great people. Bern with them for years with no problems. Great customer service. They allowed me to set up a table in the office from the 1st to the 10th of the month when my daughter was selling Girl Scout Cookies. Cheapest rates in town.

Definitely one of the best storage places I have ever used. My things were kept in very good condition even though it is an outdoor storage facility. The workers are very courteous and the facility is kept clean and the prices were very reasonable for the size of storage you get.

I had the best experience at Cement Hill. The sign up process is stress free and a breeze. I was a storage account holder for a little over a year and a half and NEVER had any issues other than my card expiring and they contacted me and handled everything for me. Upon moving back to Sacramneto I decided to move my stuff out and that was so PAINLESS. I called and was just told to make sure I cleaned out the unit, swept it out and then contact the office and they would handle the rest. A few days later I recieved my pro-rated rent(no storage does that btw) and my deposit back via my card. I didn't even have to make a second trip to fill out paperwork! Definitely would recommend.  Their prices are extremely reasonable and the staff is great. Thank you everyone at Cement  Hill Storage, you guys rock!
